After a 25-year career as a scientist, Victor joined Next Chapter Society in 2002 as a volunteer. Having gone through a divorce himself and a co-parent to two sons in elementary school, Victor found the goals and mission of the organization to be close to his heart, most especially the value of peer support for separating families. He then served as Next Chapter Society’s Executive Director from 2003 until 2018. He joined the Board of Directors in November of 2019, and is excited to share his years of experience with the team.

Now retired from paid work, Victor enjoys cooking for his family, reading, volunteering, playing contract bridge and cycling. And fun fact, he was born in Transylvania!
